- Gold and rose gold pieces are plated, not solid gold.
- Aureate does not sell diamonds or lab-grown stones.
Shipping
- Free shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase required.
- Order cutoff time: 2:00 PM MT. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.
- Processing and handling time: 1 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday.
- Personalized or custom-made items may require additional production time.
- Transit time: 4 to 7 business days, Monday to Friday.
- Estimated delivery time: 5 to 10 business days from the order date.
- Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Transit times are estimates and may vary because of courier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- All packages include a tracking number.
Returns and exchanges
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Email Aureate before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
- Original packaging and all tags should be included where possible.
- Customers pay return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
- Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
- Sale items are final sale unless faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
- Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with the order number and clear photos.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the return is received and inspected.
