AUREATE is a personalised jewellery brand operated by LUNE ROSE LLC, incorporated under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. We serve customers worldwide.

2. Products and Descriptions

We take all reasonable steps to ensure that the descriptions, images, and specifications of products listed on our website are accurate, truthful, and up to date. All product images are representative of the actual items sold. Descriptions accurately reflect the size, colour, material, and finish of the goods.

We reserve the right to limit product sales, quantities, or services, discontinue products, or modify descriptions or pricing at our sole discretion. We cannot guarantee that product colours will display identically across all devices.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are stated in USD ($) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices may be subject to change without prior notice but will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and other secure payment methods indicated on our website.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 3 business days of confirmation. For personalised or custom-made items, additional production time may be required before dispatch. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your shipping location and selected service at checkout. Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout.

In the event of a return, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, in which case AUREATE will cover all return shipping costs, provided the return is initiated in accordance with our return process (see Section 6).

5. Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched or production has not begun. To cancel, please contact us immediately at help@aureatejewellery.co or by phone at +1 (307) 218-3706.

Please note that personalised or custom-made items cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as they are made specifically for you.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled but may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy (see Section 6).

6. Returns and Refunds

At AUREATE, we offer a 30-day return policy. Customers may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition (unless faulty or damaged upon arrival)
  • Returned with original packaging and all tags included

Return Procedure:

  1. Go to our Returns & Exchanges Portal within 30 days of delivery
  2. Enter your order number and email address
  3. Select your preferred return option and follow the instructions provided

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: AUREATE covers all return shipping costs
  • Change of mind or wrong size ordered: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Process:

Once the returned goods are received and inspected, we will confirm receipt by email and issue a full refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that banks or card issuers may require additional time to process the transaction.

Non-Returnable Items:

Personalised or custom-made items — including pieces engraved with a name, date, initials, or any custom detail — are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect. This will be clearly indicated on their respective product pages.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Please contact us as soon as possible at help@aureatejewellery.co, ideally within 7 days of delivery. We will provide return instructions and ensure that all associated costs, including return shipping, are covered by AUREATE.

8. Exchanges

Need a different size, colour, or item? Use our Returns & Exchanges Portal to easily process your exchange. Simply select the "Exchange for Different Items" option and follow the steps provided. Please note that personalised items are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.

9. Legal Compliance

AUREATE complies with all applicable US consumer protection laws, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations, the CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable state consumer protection statutes. Nothing in these Terms shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. User Conduct

By using our website, you agree not to use our products or services for illegal or unauthorized purposes, transmit malicious code, reproduce or resell any part of the Service without express written permission, or engage in any conduct that violates applicable laws. A breach of any Terms may result in immediate termination of your access to our Services.

11. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not liable for third-party content, services, or transactions. We encourage you to review the policies of any third-party site before engaging with them.

12. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free Service. The Service and products are provided "as is" and "as available." AUREATE and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AUREATE, LUNE ROSE LLC, and their affiliates harmless from any claims or demands arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any applicable laws or rights of third parties.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and any contract formed under them shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming.
